Sagola Contracting Inc. (SCI Cleaning & Maintenance) was founded in 1986 by William J. Fredy for the sole purpose of providing services to one Nursing Care Facility. SCI employed 8 people at that time and has continued to grow. In founding this company, policies and procedures are based on William’s twenty years of experience as a nurse, middle manager and working experience with the environmental health and safety department at the University of Michigan Medical Center in Ann Arbor, Michigan.

SCI Cleaning & Maintenance takes pride in the training we provide our staff, and thus the quality of our services. SCI is proud to be a member of BSCAI (Building Service Contractors Association International) and NADCA (National Air Duct Cleaners Association). It is the goal of these organizations to improve the training of personnel through seminars and interaction with equipment product manufacturers. With continuous training we attempt to create a professional image for all of our employees in the eyes of our customers and the general public.
